The training aims to :

- Working with two mirrors: one in the bathroom and the other in the street. What kind of Manager am I, or would I like to be
- Better understanding of "other"
- Common ways to determine how to form and measure the potential of a team
- Search for added value
- To work on the approach of added value to achieve requested goals and expectations.
- Internal or external recruitment, progression or change in the team ? Consequences
- Establishment of an organization
- Depending upon the findings, establishing an organization corresponding to the ethics of the company. Provide information and know-how to modify this if necessary.
- Strengthen team spirit
- Establish the determining factors to manage a team.
- Around one (or more) objective (s)
- Learn together and motivate employees around the company's expectations. Be prepared for possible changes in objectives, deadlines, and the organisation
